Here's a short video clip from today's 9am class with a little plug for our Pizon's (Anthony and Phil) from Pop's Cafe which is located right next to the gym.


Set the GymBoss up for 20 seconds of work/20 seconds rest for 6 rounds 

Move back and forth between movements at each couplet for 6 rounds.

Take 2 minutes between each couplet.
  • kettlebell front squats/pull ups
  • Kettlebell clean and press L/R 
  • Swing or wheel leg curl/swing or wheel knees to chest 

There will be NO 6pm class this evening.
