Do 15 seconds of work 15 seconds of rest for 10 rounds at each station

  • Kettlebell split squat r/l
  • Double kettlebell press/pull ups

Go back and forth between right and left side on the split squats for 10 rounds or 20 sets.

Switch from kettlebell military press to pull ups for 10 rounds or 20 sets. Use bands for assistance if needed, or do assisted ring pull ups.

Keep your reps consitant throughout all 10 rounds
