Let’s push the limits today and go for a personal best!

Start out with joint mobility and then do a two round kettlebell warm up:

Here’s the workout: Work up to your 2 rep max

You can do this with a partner, or circuit through solo.

10,8,6,4,2 reps of the following : You can go with doubles or singles on this

  • kettlebell clean and press
  • kettlebell front squat
  • Pull ups
  • Ab choice
