There is a method to the madness…
We like to create these events because they are fun and so we have an attainable goat to reach for.

Monday is strength day!
1-5 reps for 10 minutes
Alternate between the couplets
- Clean and press L/R
- Pull-ups or ring rows (2-10 reps)
- Front squats
- Knees to chest (2-10)
10-2 -2-10 Burpees / Swings AFAP
