15 minute basement blaster!
Needed to break a little sweat today, but didn't want to blow it out completely!
Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes using the GymBoss:
- 10 kettlebell swings
- 10 push ups
It took about 30 seconds to complete the swings and push ups.
The remaining 30 seconds was spent shadow boxing.
Nice recovery workout.
