Warm up with joint mobility, body weight and basic kettlebell movements.

Today’s work out is a continuous strength circuit using a combination of kettlebells, sand bags and body weight movements.

We’ll do 4 rounds through the circuit.

Switch sides half way through each movement, so you will be doing 30 seconds of work on each side with a 30 second rest between movements.

  • Walking lunges (kettlebells,dumbells or sand bags)
  • Inch worms
  • Kettlebell alternate arm cleans
  • one arm kettlebell jerks
  • Alternate arm ring rows
