Another lovely morning here at the Jersey Shore with lower humidity and ideal courtyard conditions.
Today we’ll be conditioning hard.
We’ll do our joint mobility and our circuit warm up first.
The group will be split up into three stations with two exercises (couplets) in each station.
You will perform 15 seconds of work/15 seconds of rest for 8 rounds(8 minutes at each station (couplet)
Couplet 1:
- Jumping pull ups
- Kettlebell or dumbell thrusters
Couplet 2:
- Battling ropes or slamball
- Kettlebell high pulls
Couplet 3:
- Drop squats or box jumps
- Half burpees or knee tucks
