Today we’ll be doing one of our favorite kettlebell and body weight workouts.
You will only need one kettlebell.
We have three different variations of this one kettlebell workout.
Each variation will challenge you in a different way physically and mentally.
Before we get to the workout, we’ll do our 5 minutes of joint mobility and our kettlebell warm up.
During your warm up use a slightly lighter bell then you will train with and practice good technique.
Today’s variation:
10 rounds as fast as possible of
- 5 burpees
- 5/5 kettlebell snatches
- 15 mountain climbers
- 20 kettlebell swings
The goal here is to do this under 20 minutes.
