Congrats to all of the Training Room Ladies who competed in the Jersey Girl Triathlon yesterday!
Fantastic job Kathleen, MB, Claire, Stacey, and Nicole!
You all looked very strong.
I had a blast watching, and there will be video footage soon.
Today’s workout will include some rowing or running combined with body weight and one kettlebell.
5 rounds as fast as possible of:
- 500 meter run or row, or 50 double unders
- 40 air squats
- 30 Mountain climbers
- 20 kettlebell high pulls
- 10 burpees
