Warm up with joint mobility, basic body weight movements and basic kettlebell movements.

We’ll go through a few kettlebell skills that we’ll be doing in today’s workout.

The Milkman and I had a full weekend of hard kettlebell and body weight training with Steve Cotter and Ken Blackburn.

We’ll be sharing some of things we learned this weekend and will be posting video so stay tuned, and make sure to check the video section for this.

Don’t mind the messy room, it also got worked over this weekend.

Today’s workout is 10 sets or 10 reps of the following movements:

  • Kettlebell snatches 5/5
  • regular or hindu push ups 10 or dips 5
  • goblet squats 10
  • ring rows or pull ups 10

Go as heavy as you can with this.
