Here’s one of our classic partner workouts.

If you’re going solo, you will do half the amount of work,and can also circuit through this workout.

Start our with a kettlebell and body weight warm up first.

advanced men should use a 24 kg bell and advanced women should use a 16 kg.

Get through the following as fast as possible with your partner or do half the work solo:

  • 3200 meter run or row
  • 200 kettlebell snatches or swings
  • 200 push presses or jerks
  • 200 jumping or kipping pull ups
  • 200 v sits

We’ll start everyone at different stations so they are not crashing into each other.

If you are working with a partner, try to pair up with someone of equal ability.
