Ok, today is really Wednesday.

Since I started back at school this week, I’ve been a bit confused and disorientated.

So, today we’ll keep it simple.

Here’s another great kettlebell workout that can be done anywhere.

We’ll do 20 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest between each side for 7 rounds.

Try and keep the reps consitant on each side throughout the 7 rounds.

Station 1:

  • kettlebell clean and press r/l

Station 2:

  • Kettlebell slit squat R/L (racked or goblet)

Staion 3:

  • Toe touches/knees to chest or Russian twist
