7 round couplets

15 seconds work/15 seconds rest x 7 at each couplet.

Rest for 1-2 minutes between.

  • Hose whips/ kettlebell swings
  • Jumping pull ups/ mountain climbers
  • Kettlebell snatch right/ kettlebell snatch left
  • kettlebell high pull/ kettlebell thrusters
