15 seconds work/15 seconds rest x 7 at each couplet.
Rest for 1-2 minutes between.
- Hose whips/ kettlebell swings
- Jumping pull ups/ mountain climbers
- Kettlebell snatch right/ kettlebell snatch left
- kettlebell high pull/ kettlebell thrusters
