Circuit 1

  • Battling ropes
  • jumping pull ups
  • kettlebell thrusters
  • 10 yard shuttle run

Circuit 2

  • Kettlebell swings
  • burpees
  • rower
  • kettlebell push press

Circuit 3

  • Body weight squat
  • Kettlebell high pull
  • mountain climbers
  • Air Dyne bike
