Select your favorite training tool, or one that you haven’t used and we’ll show you how to use it.
This is a great strength and conditioning combination workout.
Select one of the following tools:
- Double kettlebells
- Dumbells
- The Bar
- Heavy sand bag
- Heavy medicine ball
Bear Complex/Pull up or renegade row ladder couplet
You will have your choice of reps on this ladder.
1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1 reps
or
2,4,6,8,10,10,8,6,4,2 reps
1 Rep Bear Complex= Clean/squat/press/squat press
Alternate back and forth between the two movements.
For pull ups, you can use the rings,pull up bar, or even double ropes.
Make it fun and mix the grips if you want.
