Thursday is a strength day and we do have a kettlebell sport style workout for you that can really be adjsusted to anyone’s level.
Here’s what it will look like…
1 minute of work 1 minute rest x 5 rounds of this kettlebell sport “fun”
Remember if you have any issues with any of the movements, your coach will come up with an appropriate substitute
You can also sub any cardio option for any kettlebell movement below…
- kettlebell Snatch or Clean 1 or 2 kettlebells
- kettlebell Push-press 1 or 2 kettlebells
- kettlebell Clean and Jerk or push-press 1 or 2 kettlebells or dumbells
If you go light you can do some easy cardio or abs on the one minute recovery as well
