Here’s nice follow up to yesterdays D-Dog Strength and Conditioning Circuit.

We’ll start out with some joint mobility to wake up the body.

We’ll do a two round circuit warm up to crank up the heart rate up.

This should kick off your pre Memorial Day weekend right!

40 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 5 rounds

One minute rest bewtween rounds:

  • Battling ropes or slam ball
  • Jumping or kipping pull ups
  • Dumbell push press
  • Kettlebell high pull
  • 20 yard suicide run

Here’s another cool variation I did with the Candy Man:

  • Kettlebell high pull
  • Prowler push
  • alternate band row
  • air dyne sprints
  • Battling rope variations
