Start out with joint mobility and a kettlebell warm up to get you groove on.
Today we will be mixing the strength and endurance with your choice of training tool.
We’ll set up two stations with two different couplets that will hit pretty much every muscle group in your body.
We’ll do 15 seconds work/15 seconds rest for 10 minutes at each station keeping the reps consistent throughout the 10 minute set.
We’ll rest for 1:30 and move on to the next couplet.
- Double kettlebell swings or heavy single swings
- power wheel or swing set/trx knees to chest
- kettlebell or D-ball thrusters
- Ring rows or pull ups
Finisher (ab circuit): 4 rounds of 15/15
- Alternate toe touches
- knees to chest
- Russian twist (body weight)
