Who’s in?

We’ve got 9 teams lined up for tomorrow. It’s still not too late to get in if you want.

You can sign up at the race tomorrow morning.

Remember, there is no class tomorrow due to the farmer walk.

Today’s workout will be a 40/20 conditioning circuit:

  • Band swimmers
  • Kettlebell or D ball clean and squat
  • Jump rope or Jumping jacks
  • Slam ball or sledge hammer
  • Box jump or broad jump
