Start with joint mobility.

Move on to a kettlebell warm up. Check the vid in the library for all of this.

Today we will combine strength and stability movements with a variety of implements.

Sounds fancy right?

Go through four rounds of this workout circuit style.

One minute of work/30 seconds rest non-stop.

  • Hand to hand kettlebell swings
  • Power wheel walk(forward and back) or inch worms
  • Alternate arm ring row or one arm kettlebell row)
  • Walking lunge (hold whatever type of weight how ever you want)
  • Overhead walks (kettlebells,sandbags,rocks,db’s,keg…whatever)
