30 Seconds Right / 30 Seconds Left
- Cleans 30/30
- Push press 30/30
- Split Squat 30/30
- Rows 30/30
- Plank 1 Minute (or Side Plank 30/30)
REST 1:30 between Rounds
Repeat for a Total of 5 Rounds!
