30 Seconds Right / 30 Seconds Left

  • Cleans 30/30
  • Push press 30/30
  • Split Squat 30/30
  • Rows 30/30
  • Plank 1 Minute (or Side Plank 30/30)

REST 1:30 between Rounds

Repeat for a Total of 5 Rounds!
