Kicking it Old School

Hey Training Room friends!

Thursday is a conditioning day!

We will be kicking it old school conditioning on this fine day.

These workouts are fun!
The old school circuit will look like this.
Intervals of..
  1. 30/25
  2. 30/20
  3. 25/15
  4. 20/10 x 2

Circuit will look like this…

  • Pull up choice (jump, regular or feet down)
  • Slam ball
  • Skaters or lateral steps (high or low impact)
  • Mountain climbers or crawls
  • Jump rope, jumping jacks or run
  • crab toe touches or sit throughs
  • medicine ball squat press/toss or wall ball
  • cardio choice

Rest 1 minute between circuits!
