Kicking it Old School
Hey Training Room friends!
Thursday is a conditioning day!
We will be kicking it old school conditioning on this fine day.
These workouts are fun!
The old school circuit will look like this.
- 20/10 x 2
Circuit will look like this…
- Pull up choice (jump, regular or feet down)
- Slam ball
- Skaters or lateral steps (high or low impact)
- Mountain climbers or crawls
- Jump rope, jumping jacks or run
- crab toe touches or sit throughs
- medicine ball squat press/toss or wall ball
- cardio choice
Rest 1 minute between circuits!
