Kick start your week with supersets of strength
Let’s kick start the week with some strength supersets…
Why wouldn’t we?
You will have a bunch of options to choose from and why not try something different that might be outside your comfort zone?
Here’s what we’ve got for you on Monday at The Training Room.
Strength Supersets
Ladder down with your rep scheme of choice alternating between each exercise in the superset.
You have the opportunity to go as light or as heavy as you want.
Rep schemes…
10,8,6,4,2 reps or 20,16,12,8,4
Here are the supersets:
Complete one and then move on to the next.
Superset 1
- Swings or DL’s
- Push ups or press choice
Superset 2
- Squat choice (split, lunge goblet, doubles)
- Upper body pull choice (bands,bells, or body weight)
Superset 3 (gun show)
- Biceps
- Triceps
Superset 4 (if there’s time)
- Abs
- cardio
