  • Kettlebell snatches (switch sides half way, 7 reps on each side)
  • Battling Ropes (2" x 50 ft. rope)
  • Jump Rope 
  • Box Jumps (24" box) 
  • Prowler push 

This one's a keeper!

Today I did some stand up paddle surfing (SUP).  The water was choppy with wind out of the North East. Waves are building, storm is moving in.
