3 Rounds of Conditioning
Intervals are:
- 1 minute work/25 seconds rest
- 50 seconds work/20 seconds rest
- 40 seconds work/15 seconds rest
Circuit:
- Jumping pull ups/ slam ball (split it up)
- Box jumps
- kettlebell swings
- Jump rope
- Kettlebell clean/catch squat
- rower
- Push press
- Jumping jacks
- Burpees
