3 Rounds of Conditioning

Intervals are:

  1. 1 minute work/25 seconds rest
  2. 50 seconds work/20 seconds rest
  3. 40 seconds work/15 seconds rest

Circuit:

  1. Jumping pull ups/ slam ball (split it up)
  2. Box jumps
  3. kettlebell swings
  4. Jump rope
  5. Kettlebell clean/catch squat
  6. rower
  7. Push press
  8. Jumping jacks
  9. Burpees
