Three couplets.

We will perform these couplets in ladder format.

Perform each couplet as quickly as possible using good form before moving on to the next one.

<strong>Couplet 1</strong>: Alternate between the two movements
<li>Calories on the rower:  20/15/10/5</li>
<li>Mountain climbers: 20/15/10/5 (on each leg)</li>
<strong>Couplet 2</strong>:  Alternate between the two movements
<li>Bike (calories) or shuttle run (20 yard shuttles) 20/15/10/5</li>
<li>Wall ball or medicine ball thrusters 20/15/10/5</li>
<strong>Couplet 3</strong>:  Alternate between the two movements
<li>kettlebell swings 20/15/10/5</li>
<li>squat thrusts 20/15/10/5</li>
