Down the Ladder Conditioning Intervals

Tuesday is a conditioning focus and we will be bringing you ladder conditioning intervals (ladder down variety)

The object here is to pick up your intensity as you ladder down on the intervals with each round.

Your intervals per round will look like this…

  1. 2 minutes on 1 minute off
  2. 1:30 on 45 seconds off
  3. 1 minute on 30 seconds off
  4. ’30 seconds on 15 seconds off


  • Row
  • Bike
  • Ski
  • Jump rope, Jumping jacks, Step ups, sq thrust, kettlebell stuff (long cycle, snatch, clean etc)
