These ladder intervals are great when done with a partner of equal ability but can also be done solo.
Pick 3 options from the list
- row
- bike
- ski erg
- run
Ladders: 100,200,300,400 meters repeat x 10 minutes
or
- burpees 5,10,15,20
- kettlebell long cycle 5,10,15,20
- kettlebell snatch 5,10,15,20
- jump rope 25,50,150,200
Rest for 2 minutes between each 10 minute set
You will complete 3 ten minute set of these ladder repeats…
