These ladder intervals are great when done with a partner of equal ability but can also be done solo.

Pick 3 options from the list

  • row
  • bike
  • ski erg
  • run

Ladders: 100,200,300,400 meters repeat x 10 minutes

or

  • burpees 5,10,15,20
  • kettlebell long cycle 5,10,15,20
  • kettlebell snatch 5,10,15,20
  • jump rope 25,50,150,200

Rest for 2 minutes between each 10 minute set

You will complete 3 ten minute set of these ladder repeats…
