Ladder up and Down

Tuesday is a conditioning focus with a ladder up and down on the cardio options.

Pick 1 or 2 options and own them!

Choices can be:

  • Row
  • Bike (C2 or Assault)
  • Ski
  • Versa Climber
  • Sled
  • Jump rope
  • Run
  • Squat thrusts or Burpees
  • Step ups

If you go with 2, you will alternate between them doing the following intervals.

  • 1 minute work/1 minute rest
  • 2 minutes work/1minute rest
  • 4 minutes work/1 minute rest
  • 5 minutes work/1 minute rest
  • 3 minutes work/1 minute rest
  • 2 minutes work/1 minute rest
  • 1 minute work/ DONE

Total time is 32 minutes!
