Ladders are a great way to build stength. 

Here’s a cool ladder we did today which encorporates a heavy D-ball, 2 kettlebells and a pull up bar.

Reps: 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1

  • Heavy D-ball cleans (we used a 50 lber): drop into a full squat with each clean
  • Double kettlebell jerks
  • Pull ups
  • Snatch R/L
  • Hanging knee raise.
