Everyone loves a good 6 minute strength flow, right?
The object here is to flow from one movement to the next and to be as smooth as silk!
Flow like water!
Each of the 6 exercises will be executed for 1 minute, and we’ll complete 5 rounds rounds of this circuit.
Here are your 6 movements…
- Cleans or Single leg deadlift
- Press choice
- Lunge or split
- Row choice
- Abs
- Cardio choice
Rest for 1 minute between each round.
