Let’s all keep Mike and his family in your thoughts and hearts this week! Mike’s Father, Dennis Stehle, passed away this past Sunday. Dennis was a very kind and amazing man who will be missed by so many. You can read more about his life HERE. Services will be held Thursday, September 26th from 4-6 pm at Orender Family Home for Funerals in Manasquan. Donations can be made in Dennis Stehle’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association of New Jersey.
Wednesday’s Workout will be Conditioning Intervals and a perhaps few of your BEST Dance Moves for Mike’s Father for good measure!

Choose a level that works for you! Complete all three exercises before moving up in meters. You can always change your initial plan and adjust if you think you are running over in time or too short. Here is the list of conditioning choices:
