Thursday is Conditioning Day

We will go for 10 Minutes (10 Exercises) non-stop switching exercises every Minute!  Rest for 2 Minutes & Repeat for 3 Total Rounds!

  1. Jumping Pull Ups – 1 min
  2. Mountain Climbers or Crawling (VIDEO)– 1 min
  3. Lateral Steps – 1 min
  4. Medicine Ball Twist or Ball Toss – 1 min
  5. Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks – 1 min
  6. Air Squats – 1 min
  7. Bicycles or Knees to Chest – 1 min
  8. Inertia Wave, Slam Ball or Squat Thrusts – 1 min
  9. High Box Step Ups – 1 min
  10. Cardio Choice – 1 min
