Thursday is Conditioning Day
We will go for 10 Minutes (10 Exercises) non-stop switching exercises every Minute! Rest for 2 Minutes & Repeat for 3 Total Rounds!
- Jumping Pull Ups – 1 min
- Mountain Climbers or Crawling (VIDEO)– 1 min
- Lateral Steps – 1 min
- Medicine Ball Twist or Ball Toss – 1 min
- Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks – 1 min
- Air Squats – 1 min
- Bicycles or Knees to Chest – 1 min
- Inertia Wave, Slam Ball or Squat Thrusts – 1 min
- High Box Step Ups – 1 min
- Cardio Choice – 1 min
