I know that a lot of you are still sore from Wednesday.
If you didn’t get in yesterday, make sure to get in here today and get some blood flowing.
Today we’ll be doing high intensity intervals on the rower,ski erg, versa climber, air dyne bike or you can run outside if you wish.
Get a nice warm up before you get started.
We did three rounds of 20/20 of Jumping jacks, push ups and any of the above modalities.
The interval workout for today is 250 meters x 10 rounds.
The best way to do this is to go in groups of 3 and alternate.
If you are solo, do your 250 and rest for 2 minutes.
