Stroll the perimeter on Wednesday

It’s been a while since we’ve strolled the perimeter with our Training Room freinds.

SO…

Let’s do it.

The Perimeter of STRENGTH!

This can be adjusted to all levels…

If you have never done this one before, you are in for a treat!

We will walk around the building and stop at various locations while carrying 1  or 2 kettlebells or dumbbells

Do this for 30 minutes….

  • Overhead walks carry right arm
  • 10 cleans 5/5 or deadlift
  • Overhead walk carry left arm
  • 10 presses
  • rack walk carry
  • 10 squats
  • rack walk carry
  • 10 push-ups
  • Farmers walk carry
  • 10 rows
  • Farmers walk carry
  • 10 ab choice
