Long Cleansing Intervals

Hey Training Room friends!

First, we will kick off week 4 of this 4 week training block.

Long cleansing intervals to help remove any muscle soreness from the Warrior Challenge, or burn a few calories and get the heart and lungs working.

Secondly, Thank you to ALL of our volunteers who came out Saturday in the driving rain to help support The Warrior Challenge and Task Force Dagger Foundation.

Furthermore, we want to thank our participants and our sponsors who helped us reach our goal of $50,000, These funds will go to the immediate assistance of wounded, ill, or injured US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) members and their families.

Task Force Dagger responds to urgent needs, conducts Rehabilitative Therapy Events, and provides next-generation health solutions for issues facing our service members. They are a rally point to combat Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS), and environmental exposures. Their cohesive programs enable families to seize the moment and live life.

Now, we will be kicking the week off with some long Intervals.
