LONG INTERVALS
5 Minutes of work at Max Effort x 4 Rounds
3 Minutes Rest between Rounds
Pick 4 Exercises from the choices below.
CARDIO:
Row / Bike / Ski / Run / Steps / Jump Rope/ Burpees (If your feeling good)
KETTLEBELLS:
Long Cycle (clean + press) / Jerks (push press) / Cleans / Snatches (single bell)
