Long Intervals

Hey Training Room family!

Tuesday is a conditioning day at The Training Room and we will be doing long intervals.

Here’s what’s going on tomorrow (Tuesday).

Pick 2 cardio options, kettlebell sport options, or body weight exercises.
Complete all long intervals of one item before moving to the next.

Here are your long conditioning intervals:

  1. 4 minutes on 2 minutes off
  2. 3 minutes on 1:30 off
  3. 2 minutes on 1 minute off
  4. 1 minute on…
  5. Rest 3-5 minutes

Repeat the entire thing with different exercise.
