Make Time for the Basics

Most of the time, your best training sessions and results come from consistently working on basics!
This is we will be doing on Friday!
Remember, wether you think so or not, you NEED to vary the intensity of your training and you CANNOT go NUTS every day.
Listen to your body and be smart!
Ask questions.
Here is your basic strength circuit
30 seconds work/30 seconds rest of basic strength for 6 rounds
- Any chest press or push up
- Any type of deadlift
- Any ab movement
- Any type of heavy row (body weight, dumbbell, kettlebell etc.)
- Move around easy
