This will be the first time we’re doing this workout.

We’ll do our joint mobility wake up follow by a nice warm up to get you ready for this conditioning workout.

Your warm up should look something like this.

20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 3 rounds of:

  • Run or row
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Push ups
  • Jumping jacks

Here’ the workout:

5 rounds

  • 5 kettlebell or dumbell man makers
  • 500 meter run or row

Do this as fast as possible with great technique

You can also do a jump rope option of 200 revolutions on the rope.
