We will be training on the beach Memorial Day.
Avon members will go to East End Ave and Manasquan members will go to Sea Watch Beach at 7:45
This is what we’re doing…
Three 10 minute team relays.
Team up in groups of 2-3 people and complete the following in you-go-I-go format for 10 minutes at each one.
Take 2 minutes rest between each.
- 100 yard sand run (50 up and 50 back)
- 25 yard crawl (or 25/25 mountain climbers)
- 10 yards of walking swings
