15 seconds work/15 seconds rest for 10 rounds (25 minutes)

  • kettlebell snatch or swing (right)
  • Burpee or squat thrust
  • Kettlebell snatch of swing (left)
  • Burpee or squat thrust
  • Jump rope or jumping jacks
