15 seconds work/15 seconds rest for 10 rounds (25 minutes)
- kettlebell snatch or swing (right)
- Burpee or squat thrust
- Kettlebell snatch of swing (left)
- Burpee or squat thrust
- Jump rope or jumping jacks
