Did you happen to see the waves yesterday? It was probably some of the largest surf I’ve seen in Jersey.

We’ve got a nice conditioning session planned for you today.

Warm up with some joint mobility and then do a two round circuit warm up to get yourself ready.

Our circuit warm up looks like this: 2 rounds of 20 seconds work/2o seconds rest

  • Body weight rows
  • body weight squats
  • push ups
  • bicycles
  • jumping jacks
  • kettlebell swings
  • med ball thrusters

Here’s the workout:

30 seconds work/30 seconds rest for 30 minutes non-stop

  • medicine ball or kettlebell clean/squat
  • jumping or kipping pull up
  • battling ropes or mountain climbers
  • 20 yard shuttle runs
  • push ups or plyo push ups
  • box jumps or star jumps
  • Russian twists
