Make it another great week of self improvement at The Training Room with this double metabolic conditioning circuit.
Don’t forget to put your name up on the board at the gym for the Turkey Day Relay!
This fun family/team event will kick off around 8:30 on Thanksgiving morning.
FYI…On Friday, class times will be 7 and 9 AM only!

40/20 x rounds of each circuit.
Circuit 1 (stationary)
- High pull or hinge choice
- Squat press
- Skaters
- Mountain climber
- Jumping jacks or jump rope
Circuit 2
- Row
- Bike
- Versa climber or shuttle run
- Ski erg
- Step up
