Metcon Focus.

Use one kettlebell for this workout.  We will start each set on the two minute mark and will complete this for twenty mniutes.

For example, if it takes you 1:30 to complete the round, you will have 30 seconds to rest before starting again.

  • 5 burpees
  • 10 kettlebell snatches 5/5
  • 15 mountain climbers
  • 20 kettlebell swings
