5 minutes of TGU’s with 32 kg alternating sides w/each rep
Then…
30 minutes alternating each drill on the minute:
- Kettlebell snatches 5R/5L (32kg+15lb weight vest)
- 6 Pull ups(15lb weight vest)
- 10 Box Jumps (24" box wearing 15lb weight vest)
Total reps:
- 100 snatches
- 60 pull ups
- 100 box jumps
Finshed up with 5×25 yard Prowler pushes 30 second rest between rounds.
