Mini Challenges

Thursday’s workout brings us with THREE 10 Minute Challenges!  These are a great way to improve your endurance with constant movement and change it up a bit so that you are always on your toes!

Remember to never sacrifice form or technique for performance.  Ultimately you want a good workout, but you always want to stay healthy!

Challenge #1

  • Row or run 250
  • 10 burpees or 20 slam ball

Challenge #2

  • Ski 250 or 125JR
  • 20 box step ups, squats or lunges

Challenge #3

  • 500bike or 125JR or 60JJs
  • 20 dead start high pulls or 20 Jump pulls
TRAINING ROOM AT HOME HIGH OCTANE CHALLENGE VIDEO:

  • Cardio choice
  • swings
  • cardio choice
  • squat thrusts or squat press

  • Bicycles, crab toes, sliding/ mountain climbers or sit through
