Intervals will be 30 seconds work /15 seconds rest x 3 rounds

Mini Circuit 1:

  • Rower
  • Push-press
  • Twist
  •  Drop or Air squat:

Mini Circuit 2.

  • Ski
  • High pull or clean
  • kneeling slam
  • skaters

Mini Circuit 3.

  • Bike
  • Inertia wave
  • Jump-pull
  • mt. climbers

Rest 2min between circuits!
