Intervals will be 30 seconds work /15 seconds rest x 3 rounds
Mini Circuit 1:
- Rower
- Push-press
- Twist
- Drop or Air squat:
Mini Circuit 2.
- Ski
- High pull or clean
- kneeling slam
- skaters
Mini Circuit 3.
- Bike
- Inertia wave
- Jump-pull
- mt. climbers
Rest 2min between circuits!
