Let’s hits some body weight stuff today, and throw some rope variations in while we’re at it.

Body weight workouts are usually the most challenging.

Today’s workout will require a set of rings, TRX or pull up bar (or anything similar), ropes, d-ball ( or some type of ball to slam) or bands.

This is a 5 round conditioning circuit

40 seconds work/20 seconds rest

Take one minute rest between rounds

  • Jumping pull ups
  • battling rope variations, slamball or band swimmers
  • half burpees
  • start jumps or box jumps
  • shuttle run or jump rope
