Minimal Equipment Conditioning

Training Room family…

For obvious reasons, we will be using minimal equipment for the next several weeks (or how ever long we need to).

We look at this as an opportunity to challenge us as well as you with some new material that will make ALL of us better.
Will all of what’s going on right now, we (and we know you do too) feel it’s important to maintain some normalcy in our lives which includes our daily fitness/healthy lifestyle routines!

We also want to give you the opportunity to be able to train at home if you don’t feel comfortable coming in to the gym.

SO…

We will allow ANY member to check out a kettlebell (like in the library) to use at home with the daily videos that we post.

Here’s the first one for the week!

We will be changing up our warm ups as well to reduce the amount of station to station contact etc.

20 second interval triplets with the option of no equipment…

Perform 3 round of 20 seconds at each exercise.

Triplet 1 

Rest 1 minute

  • Any air squat option
  • Any crawl of mountain climber option
  • Any jump rope (flow) or jacks

Triplet 2

Rest 1 minute

  • Swings or jumps
  • squat thrusts
  • Abs

Triplet 3

Rest 1 minute

  • Skaters or any lateral movement
  • 1/2 burpees or knee tucks
  • run in place or shuttle run

Repeat from the top!
